What does 'customer delight' actually mean?
To us and our customers it means that we go to any lengths to ensure that our customers expectations are not just met, they are exceeded. This sounds like a tall order. And it is. It may sound like marketing speak, but it’s not. It’s our essence, and it’s why we have the confidence to call ourselves essential.genius.
So who are we?
essential.genius is a subsidiary of Process Management International ltd (PMI). PMI has been at the forefront of business improvement consultancy and training since 1984, founded in the USA and UK-owned and operated since 1990. In that time, PMI has served thousands of people through training and consultancy and shaped countless organisational and business improvement programmes. PMI’s methods have been successfully applied on five continents.
essential.genius was formed as the direct result of a major investment programme by PMI in new learning and development. We offer an exciting combination of innovative new services – such as the Online Yellow Belt – and established products like our e-Exams, surveys and assessment tools.
